The location seemed perfect to the Highlands. The breakfast offered a great selection of outstanding meals. The personnel was really friendly and outstandingly accommodating, and the owner too.

The location was good and beautiful, close to the centre, Lake District and Perth and local attractions and easily accessible. And it was at a moderate distance from Thai Valley Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

The location was particularly good and stunning, within walking distance of Market Square. We had a deluxe king room with great beds.

The place is peaceful and clean, everything is good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The units are large for a single-shower grand.

Had really good stay out of the town and the weather was wonderful. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, it was great. We walked everywhere, the location was excellent, in a lovely area.

I greatly enjoyed the breakfast with a wide array of excellent food. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to Lake District and Perth, the centre of town, and the river-garden and bar.

Overall had perfectly pleasant stay out of the town. Spotlessly clean and huge unit for a single-shower grand, we appreciated it. The room had an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The hotel was set in a central area right by Hawick, Edinburgh and restaurant and breackfast. Café Three Hills Coffee Co located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It had perfect location close enough to Lake District and Perth and the centre.

The workers were outstandingly accommodating. I liked to sit in the bar.

Good for a wedding celebration. Homely place with fairly friendly staff and nice food. Plenty of options for breakfast in the bar. Reasonably large and huge units for a single-shower grand. Nice enough area, lovely and beautiful location, adjacent to the Scottish Borders, and river and river.

Liked my quite comfortable stay out of the town. I had a deluxe room and it was spacious for a single-shower grand. The staff were incredible and accommodating and the location was marvellous in a lovely area.

Nicely furnished and good sized units with great beds and amicable staff. Early check in and late check out.

Good and beautiful location for our needs, short walk to Selkirk town centre, the nearby restaurants and many attractions. Also, in a friendly family run establishment. Reasonably spacious units with tea and a single-shower grand, pleasant employees.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay. I had a fantastic time at the Glen Guesthouse. The location was perfect for me, with beautiful rolling hills just a short walk away. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and I enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden with a drink. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making me and my dog feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb, and I appreciated the suggestions they gave me for things to do in the area. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the Glen Guesthouse to others.

The venue is placed in a central position close to many attractions. Need to be mentioned that there were lots of restaurants to eat, like Ozkans grill that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
